Build A Brand, Not A Business

Rise above the noise that clutters your thinking

I always go back to think about the time when we didn’t have Netflix or Hulu or tons of other platforms where you could just stream content.

I had a 20-inch television screen where we had to fight for the remote.

After 11 PM the channels would show cheap telemarketing shows where there are 2 people yelling on the screen about how the product is so great — just so unique.

One time my mother saw this juicer that had amazing features, she ordered it at the blink of an eye. 5 days later when the juicer arrived, and it broke down in 3 days. (I could not stop laughing)

We called the service, we called the telemarketing people — we called a bunch of people and they sounded like people with 2-digit IQ.

The point being, I learned an early lesson that day. You can have a shitty balance, shitty co-workers or shitty service — but if the marketing is right, people will buy.

But then you’re just fooling people with a bad product?

I agree, but if you take everything at face value you will not understand how business works.

Excellent advice. This one got me thinking, so thank you

This hits home! A business sells a product, but a brand sells an emotion, a lifestyle, a feeling. That’s why people don’t just buy Nike—they buy motivation.
They don’t just buy Apple—they buy status and simplicity. The companies that truly get this are the ones that last!

Thank you from BitesWellness, appreciated. I am new in this kind of this industry. I really appreciated this kind of story. I hope that I will be successful here. I am here to Support.
